Balakshin Evgeny was born on 27/09/1962 in the city of Saransk. He graduated from art school in 1976, from 1977 to 1981. studied in Saransk art school, he studied at the Kharkov Art Industrial Institute. From 1998 to 2000. lived and worked in Paris. Member of the Union of Artists of Russia since 1991
