Jan Wijnants (Dutch landscape painter born about 1635-1684)
spent his early years in Haarlem. Most of his paintings are landscape near this goroda. On specializes in landscapes with dunes and sandy roads, inspired by the countryside around Haarlem - unpretentious, naturalistic performances, which were favorites among collectors in the 17th and 18th centuries.
